10:19 pm	hey, it's me again you ever just take time to watch all the silly things in life? i'm not talkin wastin a day, or mocking people, just really gettin into what we, idealistically, shouldn't. i went to the supermarket the other day to buy horseradish for my cocktail sauce. i spent a lot of time in there, wandering around, wondering why most people in the supermarket are always rushing. 45 minutes later i found my horseradish. ever notice how people get uptight when it's about to rain? Actually, it poured and water ran down my shirt, shorts, and covered my sandals. between the refreshment of the water and the scramble of customers to get to their homes, it was total euphoria, so i took it slow, who knows when i'll get a moment like that again. i wish we could all experience this from time to time.... go find ur moment. 9:14 pm	recap - Fred WARNING: Due to some graphic content viewer discretion is advised (NO, it's not girls gone wild doggy style) alright, sorry i left you guys out for a bit, but it's stressful times. yes i had a kidney stone, his name was Fred. i delivered him in the yogurterium or yogurteria depending on if your crazy or not which is located in the nassau mall, or near the good wendy's (or near damon's if you are zach schiff). Yes, it was embarrassing. Yes, my mom asked for a free sample while holding a cup of my pee... My stone was 2 millimeters which is good, anything beyond 5 requires laser surgery or electrical shocks (sheesh) to break it up. Yes, it was pebble-looking... made scratching sounds as it rolled around in the red plastic cup. it was tan and brown with sort of a black spot on one end. now for the "why the hell did i get one?" bit. Yes, kidney stones are hereditary. My father has had i think as many as 8, in which i think they gradually got worse. believe me ladies they are not fun, YES, ladies can get them too. Yes, i went to a urologist to let them examine the stone (if you didn't ask that question, it's because you don't know that they examine the chemical make-up of the stone to conclude what food/drink/mineral/(oh god, let it be coliflower!) i should stay away from) NO, i don't have the results yet. Yes, i do have some precautions and some requirements. i require water... i precaut lemonade... i mean, it's good for me (citrus and shit). i know there's probably stuff i missed out, like the whole time in the ER and other funny moments... if you really want to hear them i'd be glad to tell... it's just that if i make this entry too long, NO ONE WILL READ IT! P.S. if anyone has any questions on kidney stones (now that i'm an expert) i'd be glad to fill you in. 3:15 pm	fred where should i start? it was wednesday night and i woke up in lots of pain and went to the ER. i got scanned, got scanned again and found out that it would take 3 days (somewhat) to pass my little friend fred. 2:43 am	guys night in after hittin up wendy's, me and zach made our way over to lou's were he was eatin some sushi. that's cool, i like that. played 3 games of mario party 4 - good game. lou won 1, i took the other 2, zach's a trooper for playin 3 rounds. even dragged nicki into the fold for the last round. zach got excited and took out a knife like he usually does and accidentally cut me on my hand... it's all good, just a scratch. haha. 1:34 am	if you've ever wanted to play the best action-based board game... than look no further than weapons and warriors. the game albeit created in the (insert decade here)'s, was definitly way ahead of its time. so it has a few projectiles that could possibly kill small children. i'm not worried, i'm 18 eh! eh! eh!. that's 15 years past the age which prohibits play. so suck it 35 month-olds!
